A: Scope of this training
This training covers the requirements for Quality Management Systems (QMS). The training material is based on the SZNS ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System requirements and ISO 9000:2015.

A student who successfully completes this course will be able to:
- Understand and explain the principles and requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard
- Address risks and opportunities associated with the organisations context and objectives;
- Understand the purpose, concepts, and rationale for QMS
- Describe the benefits of a QMS
- Understand the Principles governing QMS and the PDCA Cycle
