A. Scope of this training
This training manual covers the requirements for Wellness and Dieses Management Systems (WDMS). The training material is based on the SZNS SANS 16001:2013 Wellness and Diseases Management System requirements.
B. Course Objectives
A student who successfully completes this course will be able to:
- Understand and explain the principles and requirements of the SZNS SANS 16001:2013: 2015 standard
- Assess the level of alignment of the existing company’s WDMS to the national standard
- Describe the benefits of a WDMS
- Understand the Principles governing WDMS and the PDCA Cycle
